Pedal spacer 2 mm (pair)

Description:

Pedal spacers increase the stance width, or the distance between the pedals, by 2 mm per side, for a total of 4 mm. They're suitable for riders who feel their bike's Q-factor is too tight and who have already reached the extreme end of the cleat adjustment range. We regularly use pedal spacers in our bike fittings, and the benefits can include:

• Better leg axis
• Reduced knee pain
• Less pressure on the outer foot area

Technical data:

• 2 mm thick
• Compatible with all pedals with 9/16-inch axle

It is not recommended to use more than one spacer per side to ensure sufficient thread in the crank arm.
